Baby Going To Bed Too Early
Does anyone else have any.
Baby going to bed too early. 4 months between 2 and 2. You will have the most success shifting things if your child is not overtired is consistently sleeping through the. Bedtime is too earlytoo late.
And if your little one is getting up way too early before 6 AM its probably a sign that your child is going to bed too late so try putting him to bed 30 minutes or even an hour earlier. No such thing as TOO EARLY bedtime. He wakes up early anyway between 6 and 630 and moving bedtime later actually made it even worse even earlier that is.
In an ideal world youd have the luxury of going to bed early and then waking up early all rested for a productive day ahead. Around 8 months old the third nap gets shorter and shorter then it goes away and bedtime which was probably around 78 pm moves earlier. This early bedtime might seem counterintuitive after all if you put your baby.
Instead it can cause over-tiredness which can in turn lead to even earlier wake-up times. He wakes up in the middle of the night or very early the next day refreshed and raring to go. Also she is desperate to go to bed at about 6pm and we have to try and hold her off until 7 becasue it just seems so early for her to go to bed pus if im honest i worry she will wake at 5 or so but she really looks like she would like to go to bed earlier and im wondering if by the time we put her to bed at 7 she is overtired which might explain her restlessness.
He shows no sign of fatigue at bedtime. There is an idea in the baby world that implies some children unfortunately for parents are simply wired. 9pm feels insanely early.
Remember less daysleep more nightsleep. So avoid a late bedtime. 3 months no later than 1 hour and 30 minutes after their last nap ends.
